How we handle it
We compare the claim with the cited primary material. If the page is wrong or misleading, we change the text, evidence label, source, or math as needed. Material corrections should be noted on the affected page; routine formatting changes do not become a new scientific review.
What dates mean
A “community reviewed” date records when listed public posts were read. A scientific review date is shown only if a scientific source review has actually been completed and recorded. A WordPress modification timestamp can reflect a formatting or template update and is not automatically a medical review date.
